Our philosophy: Justice for All
Litigation can be a tedious, lengthy, and costly process. In fact, legal fees and interest accrued during the proceedings can easily exceed the amount of the original claim. Our mission, therefore, is to provide an alternative, especially for smaller claims, that mainly focuses on the substance. We believe that litigation should not get lost in procedural matters and lawyers should not be paid to argue over and exploit legal loopholes.
Our no-nonsense approach nevertheless comes with a strong belief in justice and ethics. As part of this belief, we ensure that all our arbitrators are properly trained to fulfill their task. As an organization we guarantee our independence and impartiality, and that fairness comes before business.
Fair access to justice is your right.
In order to ensure their impartiality, our arbitrators follow the International Bar Association (IBA) Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration (2004) as well as the IBA Rules of Ethics for International Arbitrators.

Our arbitrators
The arbitrators who will handle your case will be selected case-by-case by Anywhere Arbitration. Thereby, we will ensure geographical neutrality: in disputes with two parties from different countries, the arbitrator will originate from a third country (courts often tend to be biased in favor of the party from their jurisdiction - a problem not present in our arbitration).
Furthermore, we guarantee that the arbitrator has a Master's, and/or PhD/JD degree from a recognized law school, and training and/or experience in the field of arbitration and/or legal work. In certain technical cases - and only with the consent of the parties involved - we may assign a professional from the field.
In every case, the arbitrator will be assigned immediately after filing of the claim. They will follow internationally accepted codes of conduct, and always expose potential conflicts of interest. Parties can refuse an arbitrator if they doubt his or her impartiality.

Please note that for reasons of impartiality and conflicts of interest, the organization itself cannot be a party (claimant or defendant) in the proceedings.
