Plan ahead - Use our model arbitration clause in your contracts

It is always best to decide on the dispute resolution procedure already before the dispute arises.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by online arbitration arranged by Anywhere Arbitration Ltd., registered in London, United Kingdom. The procedural rules shall be those provided by Anywhere Arbitration at the time of filing the claim on their website www.anywherearbitration.com. The parties hereby waive their right to any form of recourse against an award to any court or other competent authority, insofar as such waiver can validly be made under the applicable law.
